Amends Section 508D-3.5 of Hawaii Revised Statutes to clarify seller disclosure requirements for residential real property subject to restrictions or conditions on use.

Requires sellers to disclose all documentation relating to restrictions or conditions, including unrecorded rules or guidelines issued by entities enforcing those restrictions.

Clarifies that seller disclosures must be made "in a manner consistent with and subject to the seller's duty of good faith as provided for under section 508D-9."

Takes effect on November 1, 2015.
