Amends Hawaii's identification card statute to correct grammatical language regarding fees "established" by director rules rather than "establish"

Requires the examiner of drivers to completely waive fees for original or renewal identification cards issued to homeless individuals, verified by official letter from a homeless services provider

Allows homeless individuals to use a homeless services provider's address to satisfy federal identification requirements

Mandates collection of specific data when fees are waived for homeless individuals, including reason for lack of identification, examiner location, homeless services agency name, and number of waivers per agency

Takes effect January 5, 2016
