Permits consumers who own a cow, goat, or sheep share to acquire raw milk and raw milk products directly from farms or dairies that are registered with the Department of Health.

Requires farms and dairies producing raw milk to register with the Department of Health by submitting a written statement containing the farm name, address, and confirmation that raw milk is being produced.

Mandates that raw milk and raw milk products include a prominent warning label stating the product is not pasteurized and that producers provide consumers with information about herd health standards, milk testing, and animal testing results.

Allows registered farms and dairies to establish distribution locations near improved roads to sell products to cow, goat, and sheep share owners, but prohibits sales to the general public.

Prohibits consumers from selling or redistributing raw milk or raw milk products acquired under this law and prevents producers from claiming Department of Health approval or endorsement.
