Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 92-2.5 to allow board members to share government records that must be disclosed under Section 92F-12 via memorandum or other transmittal means.

Permits sharing of such records among board members provided no commitment relating to a vote is made or sought and no additional discussion beyond describing the record and related issue is included.

Makes grammatical corrections by replacing "which" with "that" in references to board quorum requirements in subsections (b), (c), and (e).

Renumbers subsection (h) to (i) and retitles former subsection (h) as new subsection (h) to accommodate the new provision about government record sharing.

Takes effect January 7, 2059.
