Grants the Land Use Commission authority to vacate, void, modify, or amend land use district boundary amendments if the commission finds failure to substantially conform with conditions or requirements of the original approval.

Allows the Land Use Commission to take enforcement action on boundary amendments without repeating the standard boundary amendment procedures outlined in sections (a) through (h) of the statute.

Extends similar enforcement authority to special permits, allowing the commission to vacate, void, modify, or amend special permits granted under section 205-6 if there is failure to substantially conform with permit conditions or requirements.

Permits the Land Use Commission to modify or vacate special permits without requiring action from the county planning commission.

Takes effect July 1, 2050.
