Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 486-120.6(b) to require coffee blend labels to list the geographic origins of Hawaii-grown coffees and regional origins of non-Hawaii coffees on the front panel.

Mandates the listing use the term "Contains:" followed by coffee origins in descending order by percentage weight, with each origin preceded by its percentage, and prohibits selective listing by manufacturers.

Allows manufacturers to list all imported coffees in the aggregate as "imported coffee" followed by the combined percentage weight instead of listing each imported coffee individually.

Requires the type size for origin listings to be no less than half the size of the identity statement and mandates all type used in the list be the same size.

Takes effect January 1, 2016.
