Requires legislators who received contributions during a special session to file a supplemental report within 30 days after the special session concludes.

Supplemental reports are only required if the next regularly scheduled campaign finance report is due more than 90 calendar days after the special session ends.

Only applies to legislators who were members of a house that actually convened in special session and who received contributions during that session.

Information reported in a special session supplemental report does not need to be included in any subsequent campaign finance reports to avoid duplication.

Takes effect upon approval.
