Permits committed persons to create and sell products and crafts including photographs, paintings, drawings, sewn items, crocheted items, woodwork, and other items approved by the director.

Allows sale of these products and crafts through the existing correctional industries program established in section 354D-3.

Directs 25 percent of proceeds from product and craft sales to the correctional industries revolving fund and 75 percent to the committed person's individual account.

Amends the correctional industries revolving fund statute to include proceeds from the sale of products and crafts created by committed persons.

Takes effect upon approval.
