Defines "electronic smoking device" to include electronic cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, pipes, hookah devices, and related components that aerosolize and deliver nicotine or other substances.

Expands the definition of "smoke" or "smoking" to include the use of electronic smoking devices, subjecting them to the same prohibitions as traditional tobacco products.

Prohibits electronic smoking devices in all places where smoking is currently prohibited, including enclosed and partially enclosed public places and workplaces.

Updates signage requirements to include the words "Including E-cigarettes and All Other Electronic Smoking Devices" and a symbol of an electronic smoking device in the "No Smoking" symbol, with specific text size requirements.

Allows establishments that installed compliant signs prior to September 15, 2015 to retain previously installed interior signs without adding electronic smoking device symbols, except at entrances; takes effect September 1, 2015.
