Increases public school student representatives on the Board of Education from one to two nonvoting positions selected by the state student council.

Modifies Section 302A-121 to specify that two student representatives (instead of one) shall be selected pursuant to Section 302A-447.

Updates Section 302A-123 to clarify that each student representative serves a one-year term and may be selected for one additional consecutive term, with both students required to be students at time of selection and for the majority of their term.

Amends Section 302A-447 to allow the state student council to determine whether to directly select the student representatives or hold an election to select them.

Takes effect upon approval.
