Expands the definition of "industrial park" under the high technology development corporation to include broadband cable landing and connectivity infrastructure facility development.

Authorizes the board of directors of the high technology development corporation to establish advisory subcommittees to provide recommendations on issues delegated by the board, with members serving without compensation but eligible for expense reimbursement.

Requires the high technology development corporation board to submit a report to the governor and legislature by twenty days before the 2016 regular legislative session regarding advisory subcommittee formation and plans to develop industrial parks with broadband cable landing and connectivity infrastructure facilities.

Takes effect February 19, 2025.
