Authorizes the Rental Housing Trust Fund to provide loans or grants for public-use spaces within mixed-use residential housing developments.

Requires the residential rental component to be the primary use and an eligible project under section 201H-204 and existing administrative rules.

Public-use spaces may include community meeting areas, employment training, health care, social services, education, and juvenile services centers.

Loan or grant amounts for public spaces cannot exceed a specified per-project limit without additional legislative authorization.

Requires annual reporting to the legislature on all loans and grants made for public spaces in mixed-use residential developments; effective July 1, 2050.
