Supports South Korea's efforts toward peaceful reunification of the Korean Peninsula and urges North Korea to engage in sincere reunification dialogue.

Endorses United Nations General Assembly Resolution 69/188, which condemns human rights abuses in North Korea and was overwhelmingly adopted.

Calls on North Korea to acknowledge international concerns regarding human rights violations, improve conditions for its people, and abandon nuclear ambitions.

Notes that Korean reunification would provide economic benefits including access to affordable labor, natural resources, and economic growth opportunities.

Directs transmission of this concurrent resolution to the leader of North Korea, the president of South Korea, and the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
