Approves the sale of the leased fee interest in a 764 square foot apartment unit at 94-944 Meheula Parkway, No. 153, Mililani, Hawaii (TMK No. 1-9-4-5-34-0052) by the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation.

The property was appraised by Harlin Young & Co, Ltd. at a fair market value of $41,700 as of June 1, 2014.

The sale purpose is to convey the leased fee interest to the current leasehold owner of the residential unit in the Nahoa Apartments condominium.

The property was determined to be private land as of August 15, 1895 (Royal Patent No. 5732), acquired by the Hawaii Housing Authority through warranty deed from Mililani Town, Inc. on October 7, 1974.

A public informational briefing was conducted on August 19, 2014, at Mililani High School with no objections received, and the Office of Hawaiian Affairs was notified on September 30, 2014, in compliance with statutory requirements.
