Requests the Board of Education to consolidate the Leilehua-Mililani-Waialua Complex Area administrative office and support services facilities into a single facility in Wahiawa at the property identified by tax map key number 7-4-004:070.

Directs the consolidated facility to house the administrative office, support services, the Wahiawa Public Library currently located on the property, and the Storefront Program.

Requests the Board of Education to consider Act 155, Session Laws of Hawaii 2013, and other channels to facilitate construction of the new consolidated facility.

Directs the Board of Education to generate revenue from the previously used administrative office and support services land and deposit such revenue into the school facilities subaccount for construction, repair, retrofitting, and maintenance of school facilities.
