Authorizes formation of a cancer presumptive law task force to evaluate health and safety issues affecting firefighters in Hawaii and make recommendations for potential cancer presumptive legislation.

Task force membership includes one member each from Senate and House health committees, representatives from Department of Health, Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, Employees' Retirement System, State Fire Council, University of Hawaii Cancer Center, county human resources departments, health insurance industry, a private workers' compensation attorney, and Hawaii Fire Fighters Association.

Task force must submit findings and recommendations, including proposed legislation, to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2016 Regular Session convening.

Report must include analysis of cancer risks in firefighters versus general population, cost estimates for workers' compensation benefits expansion, current county fire department safety procedures, and recommendations for workers' compensation law revisions and administrative rules.

Task force dissolves on June 30, 2017.
