Requests the University of Hawaii Office of the President and College of Hawaiian Language establish a working group to study restructuring the College of Hawaiian Language and expand Hawaiian language instruction throughout the University of Hawaii System.

Requires the working group to research and report on the College's current structure and pedagogy, student-driven initiatives to learn Hawaiian, and strategies to enhance Hawaiian language instruction across all University of Hawaii campuses.

Working group must include representatives from the University of Hawaii System administration, Office of Hawaiian Affairs, and Hawaiian language organizations including ʻAha Pūnana Leo, Kamehameha Schools, ʻŌiwi TV, and the Association of Hawaiian Civic Clubs.

Working group must submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2016 Regular Session convening.

Working group dissolves on June 30, 2016.
