Urges the Department of Land and Natural Resources to recognize the historic 1825 Malden Trails of the Ewa Plains and include them in the Na Ala Hele Program inventory.

Identifies the Malden Trails as ancient Native Hawaiian pathways in the Honouliuli ahupua'a that historically served defense, communication, and commerce functions and connected multiple West Oahu communities.

Notes the trails were first identified after Western contact by Royal Navy surveyor Lieutenant C.R. Malden and published on an 1825 Oahu map, remaining in use for over 150 years as ranching and carriage routes.

States the trails are currently threatened by land development due to lack of official recognition and could provide recreational, educational, and cultural heritage benefits similar to recognized trails on the island of Hawaii.

Requires certified copies be transmitted to the Governor, Board of Land and Natural Resources, Hawaiian Homes Commission, Office of Hawaiian Affairs, City and County of Honolulu, and Navy Region Hawaii.
