Requests the Hawaii State Legislature's Keiki Caucus to convene a working group in consultation with the Legacy Coalition to address Native Hawaiian children in foster care and custody matters.

Working group directed to determine how the Legacy Coalition can assist courts and Child Protective Services with placement of removed Native Hawaiian children and review how courts handle child custody cases involving Native Hawaiian children.

Working group must include 19 specified stakeholders including the Office of Hawaiian Affairs, Hawaii Foster Parent Association, Hawaii Youth Services Network, Attorney General, Legacy Coalition, kupuna groups, and various community organizations.

Keiki Caucus required to submit findings and recommendations to the Legislature no later than 20 days before the 2016 Regular Session convenes.

Working group terminates upon adjournment sine die of the Regular Session of 2016.
