Urges the University of Hawaii to establish a Veterans Resource Office and Veterans Resource Center at each of its ten campuses to support the 2,400+ veterans currently enrolled in the system.

Directs each Veterans Resource Center to conduct campus surveys, establish steering committees with student veterans and staff, and provide sensitivity training on military culture, traumatic brain injury, PTSD, and suicide risk.

Requires Veterans Resource Centers to offer student veteran orientation programs, peer mentoring, optional veteran-focused courses, and outreach to local military bases.

Mandates each center provide career services, act as a comprehensive resource for veterans and their families, and collaborate with community organizations for support.

Authorizes the Veterans Resource Office to offer a Veterans Supportive Campus certification to campuses that successfully implement the resolution's goals.
