Requests the Executive Office on Aging to convene a working group to review adult education services currently offered to seniors and identify potential for consolidation and new learning opportunities.

Working group should include representatives from the Department of Education, University of Hawaii Outreach College, community college continuing education offices, City and County Parks and Recreation, AARP Hawaii, Kokua Council, senior centers, and care home operators.

Working group members are requested to select a chair from among themselves to lead the initiative.

Working group must submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the start of the 2016 Regular Session.

Requires transmission of certified copies of the resolution to education leadership and relevant organizations including the Board of Education, University of Hawaii, all community colleges, Parks and Recreation, AARP Hawaii, and Kokua Council.
