Authorizes the Board of Land and Natural Resources to issue a 55-year term, non-exclusive easement to Kahaluu Pond, Inc. for use, repair, and maintenance of the seawall at Kahaluu, Koolaupoko, Oahu (TMK: (1) 4-7-011: seaward of 0001).

The previous easement (Grant of Easement No. S-4914) expired on February 28, 2014 after running from March 1, 1984.

The Board of Land and Natural Resources approved the new 55-year easement on October 11, 2013, and legislative authorization is required under Hawaii Revised Statutes section 171-53.

Kahaluu Fish Pond is listed on the State and National Registers of Historic Sites, and the easement supports restoration and maintenance of this historic Hawaiian fishpond.

Certified copies of the resolution shall be transmitted to the Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources, the Governor, and Kahaluu Pond, Inc.
