Requests the State Department of Defense establish and fund a Veteran Women Services Coordinator position within the Office of Veterans' Services to address the needs of female active duty service members and veterans.

Coordinator must be appointed from among veterans or present/discharged members of the Hawaii Air or Army National Guard.

Coordinator duties include gathering and distributing information about services for women military members and veterans, educating Office of Veterans' Services counselors about women veteran services, and attending national conferences to ensure women veterans have access to appropriate resources.

Notes that Hawaii has between 9,502 and 11,744 women veterans facing challenges including high rates of military sexual trauma, inadequate healthcare, post-traumatic stress syndrome, homelessness, and unemployment.

Directs transmission of the resolution to the Governor, Adjutant General, Director of the Office of Veterans' Services, and Chairperson of the Policy Advisory Board on Veterans' Services.
