Urges the Board of Education to include education in art, music, physical fitness, financial literacy, civics, community service, job preparation and entrepreneurship opportunities, cultural appreciation, family caregiving, and parenting skills in all public schools.

Identifies physical education as beneficial for teaching healthy lifestyles, developing healthy eating habits, managing stress, and learning exercise and sports techniques.

Notes that arts and music education improves motor skills, language development, decision-making skills, visual learning, inventiveness, and cultural awareness in children.

Recognizes that community service experiences enrich classroom learning, demonstrate academic relevance to careers, increase social awareness, and develop civic responsibility.

Directs the Senate to transmit certified copies of the resolution to the Chairperson of the Board of Education and the Superintendent of Education.
