Request Department of Accounting and General Services to consult with Department of Transportation to determine the cost of constructing an overpass over the H-1 freeway between Nuuanu Stream and Queen Emma Street

Proposed overpass would serve dual purposes of reducing traffic noise pollution affecting nearby residents and providing green space/community park in downtown area

Department must submit findings and recommendations report to Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2016 Regular Session convening

Certified copies of resolution to be transmitted to the Comptroller and Director of Transportation
