Requests the Board of Education to establish a life skills education program at each public school for students in kindergarten through twelfth grade.

Program should be age-appropriate and include courses on money management, budgeting, saving, and investing.

Curriculum should cover preparation for independent living including renting and homeownership, entrepreneurship information, college preparation, and career education.

Directs the Board of Education to ensure students are equipped with essential life skills to attend college, enter the workforce, live independently, and participate in the state economy.

Requires certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Board of Education Chairperson and Superintendent of Education.
