Request the Department of the Attorney General and Department of Human Services to conduct a study on implementation status of recommendations from the 2007 Compacts of Free Association Task Force Final Report.

Require an updated report on the State's implementation of task force recommendations regarding funding, census tracking, and service coordination for Freely Associated States citizens in Hawaii.

Direct detailed analysis of service delivery recommendations including establishing cultural centers, coordinated case management, acculturation programs, and expanding distribution of acculturation materials in six languages.

Identify gaps in medical, educational, housing, and social services provided to Freely Associated States citizens, including copayment assistance for uninsured migrants.

Require submission of findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than 20 days before the convening of the 2016 Regular Session.
