Urges Congress and the President to support legislation expediting family reunification for World War II Filipino veterans who served in the Philippine Commonwealth Army alongside U.S. forces.

Acknowledges that nearly 100,000 Filipino soldiers fought in the Pacific theater during World War II, with thousands more serving in post-war occupational duties, but were denied equal veterans benefits under the 1946 Rescission Act.

Notes that 1990 legislation provided immigration and naturalization waivers for Filipino veterans to become U.S. citizens, but did not extend sufficient benefits to their children remaining in the Philippines.

Recognizes that Filipino World War II veterans are now in their seventies and eighties and remain ineligible for full federal veterans benefits and services due to the Rescission Act.

Directs certified copies be sent to the President, Congress, the Philippines government, and relevant federal agencies and congressional committees.
