Requests the Department of Education to allow teachers to use purchasing cards or declining balance purchasing cards when purchasing school supplies and curriculum support supplies.

Addresses the ongoing problem of insufficient school supply funding by enabling teachers to streamline procurement without relying on personal resources or lengthy purchase order processes.

Directs the Department of Education to develop policies and procedures governing teacher use of purchasing cards, to be implemented as appropriate by individual school academic and financial plans.

Expands current purchasing card authorization beyond principals and specified individuals to include teachers upon request.

Requires transmission of a certified copy of this concurrent resolution to the Superintendent of Education.
