Requests the Executive Office on Aging to establish a working group to review adult education services currently provided to senior citizens and identify potential new learning opportunities.

Directs the working group to consider whether consolidating some existing programs could improve service delivery and create savings to fund new educational offerings for seniors.

Requires the working group to include representatives from the Department of Education, University of Hawaii Outreach College, community colleges, City and County Parks and Recreation, AARP Hawaii, Kokua Council, senior centers, and care home operators.

Mandates the working group to submit a report with findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2016 regular session convenes.

Directs certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Chairperson of the Board of Education, University of Hawaii chancellors, and heads of other relevant organizations.
