Urges the City and County of Honolulu to review ordinances regarding minimum parking distances from intersections and driveways

Notes that current Honolulu ordinances prohibit parking within 20 feet of a crosswalk, 30 feet of a stop sign intersection, and 75 feet of a traffic control signal, but establish no minimum distance for intersections without these features

Identifies that current 4-foot minimum parking distance from driveways dates to 1939 and may be insufficient for drivers to see oncoming traffic

Cites safety concerns that vehicles parked close to intersections and driveways obstruct drivers' views, particularly when large vans or trucks are involved

Requires certified copies of the resolution be sent to the Mayor, Director of Transportation Services, and Chair of the Honolulu City Council
