Urges the Governor and county mayors to collaborate on a pilot program providing property and other tax relief to senior citizens who volunteer with government offices in Hawaii.

Addresses economic pressures faced by senior citizens on fixed incomes, particularly property tax burdens.

Recognizes that able-bodied seniors possess talents, knowledge, and experience that can benefit their communities through volunteering.

Directs certified copies of the resolution be sent to the Governor, all four county mayors, state and county aging offices, and the Hawaii State Legislature Kupuna Caucus.
