Notes the Armenian genocide remains unacknowledged by the Republic of Turkey and is documented as the first genocide of the twentieth century

Joins the House of Representatives, Hawaii's Armenian-American community, and Armenians worldwide in honoring those killed and persecuted during the genocide

Directs transmission of a certified copy of the resolution to the Executive Director of the Armenian National Committee of America Western Region
