Urges the President of the United States and Congress to support legislation expediting family reunification for Filipino World War II veterans.

Recognizes that nearly 100,000 soldiers from the Philippine Commonwealth Army fought alongside U.S. and Allied forces during World War II, with thousands more serving in post-war occupational duties.

Notes that the 1946 Rescission Act denied Filipino veterans equal veterans benefits and immigration rights compared to veterans from other nations, and that 1990 legislation providing immigration waivers did not extend sufficiently to veterans' children.

States that Filipino World War II veterans, now in their seventies and eighties, remain ineligible for full federal veterans benefits and services due to the Rescission Act, despite formal recognition of their service in the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.

Directs transmission of this resolution to the President, Congress, Philippine government, federal agencies, and relevant state committees.
