Requests the State Department of Defense to establish and fund a Veteran Women Services Coordinator position within the Office of Veterans' Services.

Requires the coordinator to be a veteran or current/discharged member of the Hawaii Air or Army National Guard.

Directs the coordinator to gather and distribute information about services available to women military members and veterans, educate counselors within the Office of Veterans' Services, and attend national conferences to connect women veterans with appropriate resources.

Addresses the needs of an estimated 9,502 to 11,744 women veterans residing in Hawaii who face military sexual trauma, inadequate post-service health care, post-traumatic stress syndrome, homelessness, and unemployment.

Requires copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Governor, Adjutant General, Director of the Office of Veterans' Services, and Chairperson of the Policy Advisory Board on Veterans' Services.
