Convenes a working group to develop more collaborative information and decision-making policies and procedures for community engagement related to community development districts.

Working group to be co-chaired by the Chairperson of the Senate Committee on Human Services and Housing and the Chairperson of the Senate Committee on Water and Land.

Working group membership includes community stakeholders (landowners, developers, small business owners, residents), up to four Hawaii Community Development Authority members, and others deemed appropriate by co-chairs.

Working group must submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the Regular Session of 2016.

Working group is dissolved on June 30, 2016.
