Amends Section 454F-10.5 of Hawaii Revised Statutes to specify that mortgage loan originator company locations must be open to the public during posted business hours, with at least some hours during regular business hours.

Requires business hours to be posted on or adjacent to the main office door for locations in commercial buildings, visible to the public from outside.

Allows business hours to be posted on the company website (along with address and phone number) if the location is not in a commercial building or posting on the door is not permitted.

Mandates that posted business hours be displayed in a clear, conspicuous, and accurate manner to inform consumers when the location will be open.

Takes effect on July 1, 2016.
