Amends section 323F-6 of Hawaii Revised Statutes to authorize the Hawaii Health Systems Corporation to set rates for copies of records protected from public disclosure under chapter 92F.

Establishes that copies of medical records subpoenaed from the corporation's regional system facilities shall be paid for by the requester based on the facility's actual cost of preparation, with a minimum of $1 per page and maximum of $2 per page.

Maintains existing exemptions from disclosure requirements for credentials applications, peer review proceedings, medical records, marketing strategies, strategic plans, and competitive business information.

Takes effect July 1, 2050.
