Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 323F-6 to authorize the Hawaii Health Systems Corporation (HHSC) to set rates for copies of records that are protected from public disclosure under Chapter 92F.

Establishes fees for medical records subpoenaed from HHSC regional system facilities at a minimum of $1 per page and a maximum of $2 per page, based on the facility's actual cost of preparation.

Maintains existing exemptions from disclosure requirements for applications for credentials, peer review records, medical records, and confidential business information such as marketing strategies and rates.

Effective date is July 1, 2016.
