Amends Section 420D-5 of Hawaii Revised Statutes to expand the types of intellectual property that sustainable business corporations can use for public benefit purposes.

Adds copyright and trademark protections alongside existing patent protections as tools sustainable business corporations can use to pursue specific public benefits.

Allows sustainable business corporations to use intellectual property rights for job creation, fair labor standards enforcement nationally and internationally, and environmental protection enhancement.

Makes the sustainable business corporation status permanent if the public benefit relates to using intellectual property for labor or environmental purposes, preventing status termination unless the benefit director finds the corporation has failed to pursue this benefit.
