Increases the minimum monthly foster care maintenance basic board rate for resource family homes, group homes, and child-caring institutions effective July 1, 2015 (specific dollar amount left blank in bill text).

Increases the maximum monthly difficulty of care rate for the same foster care providers effective July 1, 2015 (specific dollar amount left blank in bill text).

Appropriates funds from general revenues for fiscal years 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 to implement the rate increases (amount left blank in bill text).

Requires the Department of Human Services to report to the legislature by twenty days before the 2016 regular session on implementation status, costs, anticipated future costs, and number of affected foster children.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
