Amends section 11-381 to allow candidates to use campaign funds to make contributions to other candidate committees up to the threshold amounts set by campaign finance law.

Replaces the previous restriction limiting campaign fund use to purchasing no more than two tickets to events held by other candidates or committees.

Updates section 11-382 to clarify that the prohibition on using campaign funds to support other candidates' campaigns does not apply to contributions made under section 11-381.

Maintains existing restrictions on campaign fund use for personal expenses and campaigning against non-opposing candidates.

Takes effect upon approval.
