Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 712-1270 to expand the definition of nuisances subject to abatement to include offenses involving unlawful occupation of real property.

Adds offenses under Part II of Chapter 708 to the list of violations that can be enjoined and abated as nuisances when they involve a person unlawfully residing on or occupying property without title, lease, or legal claim.

Authorizes civil suits for nuisance abatement against trespass and intrusion offenses, in addition to existing public health and morals violations.

Effective date is July 1, 2016, with no retroactive effect on rights, duties, penalties, or proceedings that existed before enactment.
