Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 466-42 to add two new provisions regarding the peer review oversight committee for public accountancy.

Allows peer review oversight committee members to be reimbursed for necessary expenses, including travel costs, incurred while performing their duties.

Provides civil liability protection for peer review oversight committee members for actions taken in furtherance of the committee's established purposes.

Takes effect upon approval with no retroactive application to rights, duties, or proceedings that existed before the effective date.
