Raises the threshold for small purchase procurements requiring electronic systems from $25,000 to $50,000 under Hawaii Revised Statutes section 103D-305

Increases the minimum threshold for small purchases of health and human services from $25,000 to $50,000 under Hawaii Revised Statutes section 103F-405

Takes effect on July 1, 2016
