Establishes the Erin's Law task force to review current policies, programs, and curricula for sexual abuse prevention education in public schools and report recommendations for implementing a statewide program.

Task force comprises 12 members including the superintendent (as chair), directors of health and human services, attorney general, legislative committee chairs, school principals, charter school representative, and representatives from Planned Parenthood, Hawaii Youth Services Network, and Sex Abuse Treatment Center.

Task force must consider age-appropriate curricula for grades pre-K through 12, teacher and staff training on abuse prevention and mandated reporting, parental involvement components, and alignment with Hawaii content standards and federal Title IX requirements.

Requires task force to submit findings and recommendations to the legislature by December 10, 2016 and a follow-up report by December 10, 2017, with the task force dissolving on June 30, 2018.

Appropriates unspecified general revenues for fiscal year 2016-2017 to the Department of Education for task force operations, with the bill's effective date set as July 1, 2060.
