Increases the fireworks display permit fee for aerial devices, display fireworks, or articles pyrotechnic from $110 to $300.

Permit fee has remained unchanged for 13 years despite increased costs to process, review, and approve display permits.

Fee increase applies to permits authorizing licensed pyrotechnicians to conduct outdoor and close proximity fireworks for theatrical purposes.

Consumer firecracker permits remain $25 and consumer fireworks permits for cultural uses remain $25.

Takes effect upon approval.
