Amends Section 237D-6.5 of Hawaii Revised Statutes to change how Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT) revenues are allocated to counties.

Replaces fixed dollar amounts ($103,000,000 for fiscal years 2014-2015 and 2015-2016, $93,000,000 thereafter) with a percentage-based allocation of revenues collected under the chapter.

Maintains the existing county distribution percentages: Kauai 14.5%, Hawaii County 18.6%, Honolulu 44.1%, and Maui 22.8%.

Specifies county funds are designated to address visitor industry impacts on county services and tourism-related infrastructure.

Takes effect on July 1, 2030.
