Requires every employer, regardless of whether they use a professional employer organization or third-party administrator, to keep a record of their former and current physical addresses.

Requires employers to maintain a record of the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to their business.

Repeals former subsection (4) which authorized the Department of Labor to collect information about and assist with group life insurance, medical, hospitalization, health insurance, and pension/retirement plans.

Clarifies language in Section 371-11, Hawaii Revised Statutes regarding the Department of Labor's authority to investigate wages, hours, and employment conditions, and access employer records.

Becomes effective upon approval.
