Permits physicians to transmit workers' compensation treatment plans to employers by mail or facsimile at addresses or numbers provided by the employer.

Requires employers to accept mail, facsimile, or secure electronic transmission methods for treatment plans beginning January 1, 2021.

Deems a treatment plan received when sent by mail or facsimile with reasonable evidence of receipt.

Automatically accepts a treatment plan if an employer fails to file an objection with the director, submit supporting documentary evidence, and provide a copy to the physician and injured employee.

Allows employers to file objections to accepted treatment plans only if new documentary evidence supporting denial is subsequently received.
